I am a little late posting this, but here is a short Autumn poem I wrote last week one morning while out for a walk with my dog and my baby daughter:

#Poem: A Frosty Autumn Walk
The sun shines down
Over a carpet of leaves,
Once golden brown
Now sparkling like jewels.
——-
Shimmering and twinkling
My diamonds of ice,
As Mother Nature turns the wheel
Once, twice and thrice.
