I was recently tagged by author Debz Hobbs-Wyatt to play the 7 lines writing game.
Read my blog post to see seven lines take from my third LGBT fantasy book, Love Redeems (The Redcliffe Novels).
7 Lines from the 77th Page
Go to either page 7 or 77 of your manuscript. Count down 7 lines, then copy the next 7 lines to your status. After that, name 7 more authors to come out and play. I tag Olga D’Agostino; Stephen Ormsby; Colin Chadwick; Stacy S Eaton; Sydney’s Song; Linda R. Barlow; and Dana Delamar
Here are my 7 lines, taken from my third and upcoming novel Love Redeems (A Redcliffe Novel):
βHello, Jack.β I answered, fighting to keep my voice firm.
βJessica,β Jack replied, βWhere are you?Β What happened?β
His voice sounded tinny, and I realised he must be driving and using the hands free kit.Β I heard the faint sound of traffic rushing past him, and a car horn blaring.
βIβm in the forest,β I said, βAbove the wolvesβ lair.β
Jack was silent for a moment.
βAre you alone?β he asked.
