How to Nurse Yourself Back to Health

Rest Up – It sounds obvious, but it’s important for you to take some time to yourself, stay in bed and sleep.

Stay Hydrated – To fight off a cold you need to make sure your body takes on a lot of fluids.

Manage Your Symptoms – Typical cold symptoms can include coughing, sneezing, a blocked nose, sore throat and a headache.

Keep Your Hands Clean – One of the reasons cold and flu bugs hang around for so long is because of how easily germs can be transferred from person to person.

How Hair Loss Treatment Can Work for You

The loss of hair can have a detrimental impact on a person’s confidence, whether the hair loss is temporary or part of the natural ageing process. Hair loss may also be caused by alopecia areata when there is an imbalance in the body’s immune system; stress, anaemia, fungal infections, and chemotherapy can also result in baldness.

For me it’s more like the Summer Blues. Florida is so hot all of the time that sometimes I think I died and went to Hell. I mean it would make sense. That would explain all the crooked politicians here.
