Setting Your Intentions

At this time of year, as the world slowly awakens from its holiday slumber, many of us find ourselves reflecting on the past year and setting intentions for the one ahead. It’s a season of resolutions, self-improvement, and hopeful anticipation for what lies ahead. For me, last year was a journey of hard work without many breaks. In 2024, the plan is to inject a dose of fun and embark on new adventures, although the specifics are still a delightful mystery.

Today, I turn to one of my favourite inspirational speakers, the late Louise Hay. I discovered her work many years ago, and she taught me about the power of affirmations, how to train my brain and improve my mindset, and how to make good things happen in my life.

Here is a quote that I return to regularly, and I want to share it with you:

“Life is an adventure, and the Universe is always on my side.” – Louise Hay.

These words encapsulate the essence of embracing life with open arms, acknowledging the mysteries that unfold, and trusting that the universe conspires for our well-being. In a world filled with uncertainties, it serves as a reminder that every twist and turn is part of a grand adventure.
