Mirador Publishing invited submissions of short stories celebrating the Weird and the Wonderful. We were overwhelmed by the number and the quality of entries. Choosing the winners proved to be a monumental task. Our criteria centred on the gifts of storytelling and imagination. We believe these should be the overriding considerations, for the exploration of the human condition through the story telling process.
