My Review of the Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone

My daughters and I love to collect crystals and interesting rocks. We are fascinated by them, we love their textures, colours, and the way they make us feel. I hadn’t seen a Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone until we sampled it at the Body Shop at Home party, but I knew I would love it instantly. My daughter is keen on the trend for ASMR and the Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone is a great addition to her collection (she’s 11).

I like to use crystals for meditation and massage, and when I tried the Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone it soothed my skin, relieved the puffy sensations under my eyes, and left my skin feeling soft and smooth. I have sensitive skin and the rose quartz is a nice, gentle crystal to use for these sorts of conditions (in my experience). I found an article online that suggested we can use the Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone to help relieve chronic pain symptoms including lower back pain and neck pain, and I will certainly try that out when I have a flare-up of sciatic pain in the future.
