🌞Solstice Blessings, my pagan friends, and to those of you down under, Merry Winter Solstice! 🔥

This week in the UK we are enjoying hot, sunny weather and we even had a mini-heatwave which I admit was a bit much for me to handle, being a delicate English Rose (redhead, freckles, pale skin). Still, it is pleasant to enjoy from the shade and I like sitting on my swing chair underneath the canopy, admiring my wild garden.

Today my children are attending the Cheshire Show, one with Brownies, one with school, and they will no doubt return home with goody bags and stories to tell about their day. I am still recovering from the weekend Folk and Boat Festival so it is a quiet Solstice celebration for me. My body is telling me to take it easy and that is exactly what I will do. A little R&R is required. Enjoy your day!
