Today we begin our school holiday, and true to form, my daughters will need more items of school uniform before they return for the summer term. My youngest daughter has announced that she needs a pair of trainers for PE, because her black pumps are no longer suitable. She might need more shoes as well, but I will check her feet and decide if we can make them last another couple of months… And then there are supplies for my elder daughter’s first school residential trip away.
