This week is very special for my daughters and me. I will soon watch them perform in their first official dance show with their local dancing school, and I am very excited! They have been attending the Collin School for Dance since they were toddlers, and now my older daughter practices modern jazz, and my younger daughter practices ballet and modern jazz. It is very cute watching them at home, requesting the songs on our Alexa device, and then dancing around the living room as they rehearse their routines. I can’t wait to see the finished performance, it will be so much fun. I only hope that I can hold back the tears – darn the emotions of the empath!
