Our little town is coming alive again as we prepare to enjoy the mad weekend that is Folk and Boat (FAB) Festival. Hundreds of people set up camp, the boats pile in, the bunting goes up, and all the pubs bring in live music and entertainment. I love it! This year we will experience FAB from the other end of the canal. Previously we would see the action from the Big Lock pub down towards Town Wharf, which is where all the trading boats moor up. Now we will see it from the Kings Lock pub, where mostly residential boats will moor, and we can walk in the other direction to check out the floating market. So exciting!
